Review:

On the nose, aromas of cherries, plums, blueberries, and cracked pepper can be discovered. Flavors of plum and blueberry meld with suggestions of pepper, cocoa, oak, and anise on the palate. A rich, hearty Syrah that’s not overly fruit-driven, it has a nice balance of spice and fruit and a brightness that makes it very food friendly. If you like Syrah, you’ll enjoy this bottle.

Rating: 90

Character: dark fruit, rich mouthfeel, balanced tannins
